Working Principle
The feed pump generates pressure, typically 0.2–0.6 MPa, to deliver the material to be treated (slurry) into the filter chambers. Under pressure, the filtrate passes through the filter cloth and the grooves on the filter plates, then exits through the drain ports. Solid particles are retained on the filter cloth surface, gradually accumulating in the chambers to form a filter cake.
